Selecting tenants who will take good care of your property is a key factor in creating peace of mind for you. From the first online enquiry, through visits to the property and post-application interactions, our expert team are scanning for red flags that may indicate if a good “on paper” tenant may be problematic in reality. We demand that all tenancy applications include income and tenancy history information which we check thoroughly and verify with employers, previous agencies and national databases.

From the moment you interact with us, you have a single point of contact who will travel with you for the lifetime of your property investment journey. You will enjoy a relationship with someone who knows you and your property, cares about your experience and the investment results you are seeking and has the experience to deliver whatever is needed.

Issues will arise from time to time — something may break, or a tenant may experience personal difficulties. We will outline the issue comprehensively, list your options and provide our professional recommendation. Our experience will guide you to the best decisions, so the issue is resolved quickly and professionally.

We understand you often don’t get to things during working hours—if you have questions about your property, you can call us up to 10pm every weeknight to get answers.

Tenants pay through BPAY or direct debit, allowing them the flexibility to pay on their computer, mobile banking app or over the phone. We also have immediate notifications to them (and us) if the rent isn’t there by the due date. By doing so, we ensure over 99% of our tenants are on time every month.

We inspect properties regularly to check for any signs of improper use or for potential maintenance issues emerging. To do this, we use a combination of experienced real estate professionals and trades qualified inspectors. We see and prevent issues before they come to you, whenever possible, and provide extensive written and photographic reports for your peace of mind.

The laws governing rental properties are substantial and change frequently. We keep our team trained with every new development so they know your rights and responsibilities and can give you expert advice if required.
