Professional Background:

What inspired you to become a property manager? Briefly describe your career path and how you got to your current role:

I started my career as a Real Estate Receptionist, which gave me valuable exposure to the industry and how properties are run day-to-day. Over time, I moved into a Property Management Advisor role and built up my knowledge and skills, eventually progressing into my current role as a Senior Property Manager | 2IC. What inspired me was seeing how much of a difference good management can make — for both renters and residential rental providers — and wanting to be part of that impact.

What specific skills or certificates do you have relating to property management? What type of properties do you manage, and what sets you apart from other property managers?

I have experience managing all types of properties, from high-end homes to apartments and units.

My skills include strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. What sets me apart is my ability to build strong relationships with both renters and residential rental providers. I take a proactive, solutions-focused approach and pride myself on being organised and responsive. My background starting from the front desk means I understand the business from the ground up, which helps me lead with efficiency and a strong customer service mindset.

How would you describe your property management style? What do you enjoy most about being a property manager? Share a success story or a proud moment in your career:

My property management style is hands-on and people-focused. My priority is to build strong relationships with renters, residential rental providers, and contractors, as I’ve found that mutual respect and open communication lead to smoother operations and better outcomes for everyone involved.

What I enjoy most about being a property manager is the variety — no two days are ever the same.

How do you build relationships with renters and property owners?

I build relationships with my clients through clear communication and a personalised approach. I believe in listening, understanding their needs, and maintaining consistent, transparent communication to ensure trust and confidence in every interaction.

What do you like to do outside of work? Hobbies or interests — something you’d like your clients to know about you:

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and one of our favourite things to do is go camping — our beloved Kelpie, Jagger, always comes along for the adventure. Something I’d like clients to know is that I genuinely care about people and bring that same sense of responsibility and care into my work.
