With a long-standing interest in real estate and a decade of client management experience, Melissa Szcepeny brings professionalism and genuine care to her role as Property Manager. Transitioning from salon management to real estate, she began as a Property Management Advisor and quickly progressed to managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties across Melbourne’s north and west, with a strong focus on new builds.
Melissa is known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and approachable, hands-on management style. She builds trust through responsive, professional service and a commitment to delivering smooth operations and positive outcomes for both owners and tenants.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys reading, practicing Pilates, and watching horror movies.
