How do you provide the best service to your clients?  What is your point of difference?

"Being responsive, proactive, and clear in my communication. I make sure to understand the needs of both tenants and property owners and address any issues quickly. My point of difference is treating every property like it's my own, paying attention to every detail, and handling maintenance and inspections efficiently. I build strong relationships by offering personal service and always staying on top of things, so my clients can trust their property is well taken care of."

What is the best advice that you can give to property investors/owners?

"To focus on long-term value, not just short-term gains. Keep your property well-maintained, stay on top of market trends, and invest in improvements that will boost its value over time. Regular communication with your property manager is key to staying informed and making smart decisions. And most importantly, be patient, property investment is a marathon, not a sprint!"

What do you love the most about working in Property Management?

"II love the variety and the opportunity to help people. Every day is different, whether it's solving problems for renters, helping owners manage their properties, or keeping everything in good condition. I enjoy making a positive impact by helping renters find homes and supporting owners in taking care of their investments. It's rewarding to be part of a role that involves so many different tasks and challenges."

What advice would you give based on your personal property journey?

"Stay organised, be quick on your feet, and communicate like a pro! Address issues early before they snowball, get to know your clients’ needs, and always stay adaptable. Property management is all about building strong relationships, so keep it fun and flexible, and you'll do great!"

What does home mean to you?

"To me, home is where you feel comfortable, safe, and free to be yourself. It's more than just a place to live, it's where you create memories, unwind by reading a book or watching TV, and truly feel at peace. I love helping people find that perfect space where they can feel right at home and make it their own."
