Lucinda was drawn to property management through her passion for building strong, long-term relationships with people. Beginning her career in hairdressing, she enjoyed the personal connection and trust developed with clients and knew she wanted to transition into a professional environment where those relationships remained central. After moving into real estate in a reception role, Lucinda quickly progressed into property management within six months.

With an Agent’s Representative Certificate and extensive experience managing new build properties across Melbourne’s North and West, Lucinda brings a proactive and detail-oriented approach to her role. She believes successful property management goes beyond rent collection — it’s about protecting investments, supporting renters, and resolving issues before they escalate.

Known for her approachable communication style and strong organisation skills, Lucinda focuses on creating positive experiences for both property owners and renters through transparency, consistency, and trust.

Outside of work, Lucinda enjoys spending time with her fiancé and two dogs, hiking, Pilates, reading, and watching the footy.
