With a strong background in customer service, Simone brings empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills to her role as Property Manager. Having previously worked in hairdressing and the disability care sector, she applies her people-first mindset to supporting tenants and landlords in all aspects of property management.
Simone manages a varied portfolio of properties, including new builds, apartments, and family homes. Her approach is proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused, ensuring clear communication, timely maintenance, and positive rental experiences. Drawing on her own experience as a renter, Simone understands both perspectives and fosters trust through professionalism and consistency.
Outside of work, Simone enjoys reading and spending time with her two energetic sons. Her calm demeanour and dedication to achieving outstanding outcomes have earned her consistent praise from clients.
