About Tim Beasley

Tim leads the client-facing operations at LongView, overseeing Property Management, Buyer Advocacy, and Home Equity Solutions. Tim’s team serves thousands of clients, including property investors, home buyers, and renters, ensuring they receive exceptional service and the right advice.

As one of LongView’s original team members, Tim has played a pivotal role over the past seven years in driving several initiatives. He has led the rapid expansion of the Property Management and Advocacy business, including its growth into Brisbane, co-developed LongView’s Home Equity offerings, and spearheaded the development and subsequent sale of LongView’s Owners Corporation business.

Tim began his career at Perpetual, an ASX-listed financial services company, where he worked for four years before co-founding the venture arm of Cape York Partnership, one of Australia’s leading Indigenous organizations.

He holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Bachelor of Finance from La Trobe University and is a Chartered Accountant.
