I had friends who had gotten into the industry, and I wanted a job where I wasn’t stuck in the office Monday to Friday. With my customer service experience, I wanted something that was customer-facing and property management felt like the perfect fit.

What sets me apart from other property managers is my strong communication skills, organisation, and time management. I manage a wide range of properties from apartments to houses, across various locations and demographics which has given me great experience and adaptability in the field.

My property management style is proactive, transparent, and people-focused. I believe that great property management is about building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring communication is clear, and that issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

How do you build relationships with renters and property owners?

Meeting renters and landlords in person helps to build trust and establish a personalised service. I make it a priority to create open, honest communication channels and ensure everyone feels valued and heard.

What do you like to do outside of work? Hobbies or interests — something you’d like your clients to know about you:

I like to stay active by working out daily, spending time with my partner and two dogs, lounging by the pool with a good book, and enjoying time with family and friends.
