About Tim Beasley
Tim leads all Field Operations at LongView – Property Management, Buyer Advisory, and LongView Buying Boost - LongView’s consumer facing shared equity offering. Tim’s team is responsible for working with clients and the LongView Advisory and Strategy & Insights teams to identify properties suitable for a client’s lifestyle needs, while ensuring any purchase is also a suitable financial investment for the Fund.
Tim has been at LongView for over five years and has led several key initiatives including, the rapid expansion of our Property Management business, including into Brisbane, the development of LongView’s Guaranteed Rent and Shared Equity offerings and the development and expansion of LongView’s Owners' Corporation and Property Advisory businesses.
Tim spent the first four years of his career with ASX-listed Financial Services company, Perpetual, before co-founding the venture arm of Cape York Partnership, one of Australia’s leading indigenous organisations.
Tim has a Bachelor of Accounting and a Bachelor of Finance from La Trobe University and is a Chartered Accountant.
