About Scott McGeever
I firmly believe that the best results are achieved when you surround yourself with positive, energetic and highly capable people and the team at LongView meets these requirements and more.
I have a strong respect for the property sector and throughout my career spanning four decades in the industry, I have made it my personal business to remain current and have welcomed many leadership roles. Through the vice President and Presidency roles of the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia (REBAA), then following on for several years as the Queensland State Representative. I have played an active role in promoting public awareness about the role of buyers’ agents. I have also lobbied government about tightening consumer protection laws and regulating the industry, something which I continue to be involved in on an ongoing basis at both a state and national level.
My experience as a Certified Practising Valuer has served me well when determining the ‘right’ purchase price a client should pay for a property and this has been passed down to all of my staff through intense valuation based training. We regularly save (or make) tens of thousands of dollars for our clients. Over the years I have utilised my professional skills coupled with my accumulated property knowledge to mitigate risk for and on behalf of all of our valued clients.
I value each and every client’s association with LongView and will make it my business to ensure we always achieve Optimum Property Outcomes for you.
