About Scott Favaloro

Scott manages the financial operations of Longview alongside other strategic initiatives.  He is a trusted, outcomes-focused finance executive with a distinguished career in investment banking and capital markets built on the foundations of equities research and Chartered Accounting. He has acted as an advisor to Boards and management of a wide variety of large and emerging corporates and has a proven ability as a strategic thinker and leader.

Scott commenced his career in assurance and advisory at Big 4 accounting firm Deloitte before moving into the firm’s corporate finance division. He subsequently moved to London where he joined ABN Amro in a toprated, pan-European, equities research team with coverage of a range of large cap corporates. Upon returning to Australia, Scott spent over a decade within the investment banking team at Macquarie Group where he led numerous complex capital markets related transactions raising several billions of dollars for some of Australia’s best known ASX listed and private companies. Before commencing at LongView, Scott was a Managing Director in the corporate advisory team at E&P.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, a Postgraduate Certificate in Securities from the Securities Institute (London), is a Chartered Accountant (CA), a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and is a graduate of the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Executive Leadership Programme.
