About Danielle Masters

Danielle Masters is the Head of Operations for our Property Management Team and was a finalist in the REB Awards 2023 for Operations Manager of the Year.

In her role at LongView she:
- Manages our Property Management Field Team and off-shore Administration Team

- Schedules all property opens and inspections

- Ensures our Property Management processes are efficient and implements improvements that enhance the experience and productivity of the LongView team and the experience for our clients

- Project manages our Property Management Key Change Management Initiatives

- Acts as a liaison for Property Management Strategic Partnerships

Danielle entered the Real Estate Industry in 2018 after a varied career in retail, import/export, NFP administration and custom cake baking. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University and has recently completed a Diploma in Leadership and Management.
