Alison Ball brings a wealth of experience to her role, having progressed from a Saturday receptionist while at university to senior property management positions. Holding an Estate Agent’s Licence and a member of Toastmasters, Alison has honed strong leadership and communication skills that complement her extensive industry expertise.
Managing a portfolio mainly in Melbourne’s Bayside, including high-end homes, Alison takes a practical, approachable, and solution-oriented approach. She values long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and personalised service. A career highlight includes assisting a long-term renter in purchasing her landlord’s property.
Outside of work, Alison enjoys walking her dog, cycling, pilates, and performing at open mic nights.
