As Head of Client Services for Property Management, Ali leverages a longstanding passion for real estate with extensive experience across sales and property management. Beginning in sales administration, she completed her real estate qualifications while building a strong foundation in client relations. Ali progressed into senior roles, where she mentored teams and led process improvement to enhance client satisfaction.
At LongView, she oversees a select portfolio of residential properties across Melbourne’s East and Southeast while ensuring service excellence across the broader Melbourne Property Management team. Known for her proactive, transparent, and relationship-focused approach.
Outside of work, she enjoys AFL, pickleball, and spending quality time with family and friends.
