Professional Background:

What inspired you to become a property manager? Briefly describe your career path and how you got to your current role:

I began my career in sales but soon found property management more appealing due to the ongoing client relationships and the opportunity to create meaningful, long-term outcomes. Over time, my strengths in problem-solving, relationship-building, and process improvement naturally guided my progression into leadership, leading to my current role where I focus on delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence.

Skills & Expertise:

What specific skills or certificates do you have relating to property management? What type of properties do you manage, and what sets you apart from other property managers?

I’m a fully licensed estate agent and have completed half of a law degree, which has strengthened my understanding of legislation and compliance. I manage a select portfolio of investment properties, allowing me to provide a highly personalised level of service to each client.

What sets me apart is my advisory approach — I see myself as a partner in my clients’ investment journey, offering clear guidance while also recognising the importance of maintaining strong relationships with renters to achieve the best long-term outcomes.

Personal Approach:

How would you describe your property management style? What do you enjoy most about being a property manager? Share a success story or a proud moment in your career:

My property management style is proactive, solutions-focused, and relationship-driven. I prioritise clear communication, timely problem-solving, and supporting both clients and tenants to achieve positive outcomes.

What I enjoy most about being a property manager is the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives — whether that’s guiding an investor through a successful rental strategy or helping a tenant feel at home. One of my proudest moments was assisting a rental provider relocating interstate to secure a property, then facilitating the purchase of that same property from an owner who was struggling and needed to offload the investment, turning a challenging situation into a win for everyone involved.

Community & Engagement:

How do you build relationships with renters and property owners?

I build relationships with renters and property owners through clear communication, transparency, and a solutions-focused approach. I take the time to understand each client’s needs and goals, providing guidance and support throughout their journey. By being approachable, responsive, and proactive in resolving issues, I create trust and long-term partnerships that benefit both owners and tenants alike.

Fun Facts / Personal Interests:

What do you like to do outside of work? Hobbies or interests — something you’d like your clients to know about you:

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, travelling, and trying new foods. I’m also passionate about personal growth and learning, which helps me bring fresh ideas and energy to my work. I like my clients to know that I value balance, enjoy life, and approach both work and personal challenges with curiosity and enthusiasm.
