What is the best advice that you can give to property investors/owners?
"To focus on long-term value, not just short-term gains. Keep your property well-maintained, stay on top of market trends, and invest in improvements that will boost it's value over time. Regular communication with your property manager is key to staying informed and making smart decisions. And most importantly, be patient, property investment is a marathon, not a sprint!"
