With more than 14 years of real estate experience spanning sales and property management, Olivia West brings extensive knowledge and professionalism to her role as Leasing Coordinator at LongView. She began her career as an Executive Assistant and Contract Administrator in off-the-plan apartment sales, working closely with developers, builders, and conveyancers to facilitate seamless settlements.
Olivia quickly progressed through senior and leadership roles before assuming her current position overseeing Leasing Coordination for the Melbourne Property Management team. Her solution-focused, detail-oriented, and personable approach ensures positive outcomes for owners and renters alike. She values open communication and consistency, fostering long-term relationships built on reliability.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time outdoors with family, coaching netball, supporting women in sport, and engaging with her local community.
