Professional Background:

What inspired you to become a property manager? Briefly describe your career path and how you got to your current role:

I was initially drawn to property management because it combines customer service, organization, and problem-solving — all areas I naturally excel in and enjoy. My career began in administrative support within a real estate office, where I gained firsthand experience with tenant relations and property operations. Over time, I took on more responsibilities, from coordinating maintenance to managing leases, which sparked my interest in pursuing a dedicated role in property management. I continued building my knowledge through certifications and hands-on experience, eventually moving into a full-time property manager position. Today, I manage a diverse portfolio of properties, focusing on creating positive tenant experiences and maintaining high property standards.

Skills & Expertise:

What specific skills or certificates do you have relating to property management? What type of properties do you manage, and what sets you apart from other property managers?

I hold a Certificate IV in Property Services and currently manage residential properties, including houses and apartments. My experience includes working with both landlords and tenants, ensuring legal compliance while maximizing occupancy and property value.

What sets me apart is my proactive communication style, attention to detail, and commitment to building long-term relationships with both property owners and tenants. I don’t just manage properties — I aim to create well-run communities where people want to stay and owners feel confident their assets are in good hands.

Personal Approach:

How would you describe your property management style? What do you enjoy most about being a property manager? Share a success story or a proud moment in your career:

My property management style is proactive, people-focused, and solution-oriented. I believe in clear communication, staying ahead of issues before they escalate, and maintaining a balance between tenant satisfaction and the property owner’s goals. I value professionalism and consistency, and I treat every property as if it were my own.

Community & Engagement:

How do you build relationships with renters and property owners?

I build strong relationships with both renters and property owners through clear communication, consistency, and a genuine commitment to service. For renters, I make sure they feel heard and respected by responding promptly to concerns, setting clear expectations from the start, and following through on maintenance or issues in a timely manner. I aim to create a sense of trust so they feel comfortable reaching out and are more likely to care for the property.

With property owners, I focus on transparency and reliability. I provide regular updates, accurate reporting, and offer solutions — not just problems.

Fun Facts / Personal Interests:

What do you like to do outside of work? Hobbies or interests — something you’d like your clients to know about you:

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors — whether it’s going for a walk, exploring new places, or simply enjoying time with my young child and friends.
