Ali Forbes

As Head of Client Services for Property Management, Ali Forbes combines a longstanding passion for real estate with extensive experience across sales and property management. Beginning her career in sales administration, she completed her real estate qualifications while gaining a strong foundation in client relations and property operations. Ali progressed into senior and hybrid roles, mentoring team members and leading process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction.

At LongView, she oversees a select portfolio of residential properties across Melbourne’s East and Southeast while ensuring service excellence across the broader Melbourne Property Management team. Known for her proactive, transparent, and relationship-focused approach, Ali is committed to ensuring both rental providers and renters feel informed, supported, and valued.

Outside of work, she enjoys AFL, pickleball, and spending quality time with family and friends.
