What inspired you to become a property manager? Briefly describe your career path and how you got to your current role:

From a young age, I have always been drawn to real estate and the fast-paced, people-focused nature of property management. I began my career in the industry as an Administrative Assistant, where I developed a strong foundation in client communication, compliance, and organisation. My commitment to delivering a high level of service and my passion for helping both owners and tenants led to my progression into property management. Over the years, I’ve worked hard to build strong relationships, manage complex portfolios, and continually expand my knowledge, which ultimately led me to my current role as a Senior Property Manager and 2IC.

What specific skills or certificates do you have relating to property management? What type of properties do you manage, and what sets you apart from other property managers?

I hold my Real Estate Registration Certificate and have undertaken ongoing professional development to stay up to date with the latest legislation and industry standards. My role as a Senior Property Manager involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential properties across Brisbane, ranging from inner-city apartments to family homes in surrounding suburbs.

What sets me apart is my proactive communication style, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and care. I pride myself on providing a high level of service, ensuring both owners and tenants feel supported and informed throughout every stage of the tenancy. My focus is always on maintaining long-term relationships and achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients.

My property management style is structured, transparent, and solutions-focused. I believe in setting clear expectations, maintaining open communication, and addressing challenges promptly to ensure a smooth experience for both owners and tenants. I take pride in managing each property as if it were my own, with a strong emphasis on organisation and accountability.

What I enjoy most about being a property manager is the variety the role offers—no two days are ever the same. I find it rewarding to build lasting relationships with clients and to know that my work directly contributes to protecting their investments while creating comfortable homes for tenants.

A proud moment in my career was receiving the Rising Star Award in 2023, the LongView Company Award in 2024, and most recently, the First Class Customer Service Award in 2025, which recognised my commitment to excellence, growth, and consistently achieving outstanding results for my clients.

How do you build relationships with renters and property owners?

I believe strong relationships are built on trust, communication, and consistency. With both renters and property owners, I prioritise clear and timely communication, ensuring everyone feels heard and informed at every stage of the tenancy. I take the time to understand each client’s needs and circumstances, allowing me to tailor my approach and provide a more personalised experience. By being approachable, transparent, and solution-driven, I aim to foster long-term relationships founded on mutual respect and confidence.

What do you like to do outside of work? Hobbies or interests — something you’d like your clients to know about you:

Outside of work, I love keeping active at the gym, trying new experiences, and soaking up live music whenever I can. I’m also a huge fan of NRL and Formula One.
