How long have you been working in the property industry?
"12 Years."
How do you provide the best service to your clients? What is your point of difference?
"Starting my career as an Assistant Property Manager and progressing into a Business Development Manager, I have gained a comprehensive set of tools and skills that allow me to excel in every aspect of property management. This experience has given me a strong foundation in client relations, property leasing, and market analysis, while also enhancing my ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business success. With a keen understanding of both the operational and strategic elements of property management, I’m well-equipped to provide exceptional service, maximize property potential, and deliver tailored solutions that meet my clients' needs."
What is the best advice that you can give to property investors/owners?
"The best advice I can give to property investors and owners is to focus on long-term strategy, not just short-term gains. Consistently evaluate your property portfolio, ensure regular maintenance, and stay proactive with market trends to maximize returns. It’s crucial to invest in properties that have potential for capital growth, not just rental income, and to diversify your investments to reduce risk."
What do you love the most about working in Property Management?
"I enjoy the satisfaction of helping both property owners and tenants find solutions that meet their needs, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes. The ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and tenants, while also staying organised and detail-oriented, is incredibly rewarding."
What advice would you give based on your personal property journey?
"My advice would be to continue focusing on building strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues, as networking and trust are fundamental in this industry. Leverage the knowledge you’ve gained in both operational and strategic areas to differentiate yourself. Always aim for clear communication and transparency—these qualities will not only enhance your credibility but also build long-lasting partnerships with clients."
What does home mean to you?
"Home means a sense of comfort, security, and belonging."
