Stay Organized: Keep detailed records of expenses, income, and maintenance. This not only helps with budgeting but is crucial for tax purposes. 

Maintain Your Properties: Regular maintenance protects your investment and can enhance property value over time.

Inspect your properties at least every 6 months to ensure everything is running smoothly and to view any maintenance or improvements required.
