Jeff Feldman

Jeff is a reformed M&A and corporate advisory lawyer who refocused his career on delivering operational excellence within businesses. He is a trusted, strategic thinker who is results oriented and has a successful track record in driving high growth businesses and rejuvenating established businesses.

 

Jeff has a unique ability to understand and deliver on both the financial and operational needs of businesses with extensive experience in ERP and CRM systems and business optimisation.

 

Originally from South Africa, Jeff immigrated to Australia in 1997. He practised law for 10 years in both South Africa (Bowmans) and Australia (Middletons and Arnold Bloch Leibler) and has been published in South Africa, the UK and the USA on topics related to securities and insider dealing.

 

Since leaving the profession Jeff has worked in the telecommunications, solar and construction industries as well as being the CEO of one of Australia's largest community-based charities.

 

Jeff holds B.Com and LL.B degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.
