How high house prices drive LongView's property bet

Housing policy is in the spotlight again as each of the major Australian political parties commence their descent toward the 2025 federal election runway.

The Australian Financial Review’s Chanticleer recently spoke with Evan Thornley, LongView’s co-founder, about what makes a great investment in residential property. Thornley highlights that many property investors will never be able to replicate the returns achieved on their family home with their investment properties.

He explains how LongView’s Shared Equity Fund is offering a real alternative to investors by carefully co-investing in homes that have great capital growth potential. With 56 homes under contract and exposure to nearly $100 million worth of residential property, this diversified fund is just getting started.
