Tomer Raz

Tomer Raz is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with more than a decade of experience across real estate, valuation and property market analytics. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Property and Valuation from RMIT University and is recognised for her strong analytical capability, professional integrity and collaborative leadership style.

Prior to joining LongView, Tomer worked in the public sector where she developed extensive expertise across complex property valuation matters. Her experience includes compulsory acquisition and compensation assessments, residential and commercial valuations, as well as specialised rating and taxation valuations. Through this work, she developed a deep understanding of market dynamics and a rigorous approach to interpreting evidence and applying valuation methodology across complex property scenarios.

At LongView, Tomer is the Head of Valuation and Deployment Operations for HomeFlex, where she leads valuation strategy and supports the deployment of capital across the HomeFlex portfolio. She works closely with the investment committee and advisory teams to ensure property assessments are robust, evidence-based and aligned with the fund’s long-term investment strategy.

Tomer is passionate about the role property can play in building long-term financial security and expanding access to home ownership. She is widely regarded as both a rigorous valuer and a natural people-person, bringing a thoughtful and collaborative approach to working with colleagues, investors and industry stakeholders.
