Sandeep is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience including leadership roles in property, funds management, and multi-entity investment platforms in Australia. He has a track record of overseeing large asset portfolios, complex capital structures and institutional funding arrangements, and has led transformational finance programs that strengthened governance, controls and investor reporting.

 

Before joining LongView, Sandeep held senior finance leadership roles where he was accountable for financial strategy, capital management, performance optimisation and partnering with executive teams and boards to support investment decision making and long-term value creation.

 

At LongView, Sandeep leads the group’s financial strategy, capital management framework and investor reporting, supporting the continued expansion of its residential investment platform and product suite. He brings a commercial and disciplined approach to finance, with a focus on transparent reporting, scalable financial operations and sustainable returns.

 

Sandeep is a CPA (Australia), a Chartered Accountant (India) and holds a Master of Commerce.
