She understands the importance of balancing the needs of all parties while ensuring every property is managed with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Quinnie is heavily involved in community sport and local volunteering. She plays and coaches rugby league, supports junior sport development, and is also involved in powerlifting, where she has represented Australia internationally. She enjoys staying active, building community, and being part of environments where people feel supported, connected, and encouraged to grow.
