About Jemverly Lagmay
Jemverly is an experienced finance and customer service professional with a strong background in banking, fraud risk management, and mortgage processing.
She began her career in customer support with IBM Daksh Business Process, where she developed a solid foundation in client service, issue resolution, and compliance-driven support. She later joined JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she spent over five years as a Fraud Analyst managing debit and credit card fraud investigations. In this role, she conducted transaction monitoring, risk assessments, and fraud mitigation while ensuring strict adherence to banking regulations and internal control procedures.
Her experience also includes exposure to branch operations, where she reviewed legal documentation such as Trusts and Powers of Attorney (POA), supported account maintenance, and performed documentation and compliance checks to ensure regulatory accuracy.
With over five years of experience in mortgage and home lending, Jemverly has developed extensive expertise in loan processing. She has managed end-to-end loan applications, including document collection, verification, and submission, while coordinating closely with clients, brokers, and underwriters to support efficient loan approvals and maintain compliance with lending policies.
