Charlotte Berehulak is part of the LongView Queensland team, supporting daily operations as a Receptionist and serving as the first point of contact for clients. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Business (Finance) at Queensland University of Technology, with a strong interest in the intersection of finance and real estate.

With over four years of experience in professional service environments, Charlotte brings a client-first approach and a focus on creating smooth, positive experiences for everyone who enters the office.

She is experienced in client communication, front-of-house operations, and administrative support. Highly organised and detail-oriented, she is proficient in Microsoft Office, confident in managing enquiries and data, and handles confidential information with care while quickly adapting to new systems.

Friendly, proactive, and organised, Charlotte prioritises clear communication and creating a welcoming environment where clients feel supported and well looked after.

Outside of work, she enjoys figure skating, skiing, ice hockey, hiking, and spending time with her Rottweiler, Rylie.
