About Alicia Lecky

Alicia joined the Property Management industry in 2001 and has been involved in property since then.

Alicia is extremely experienced in nurturing high-performing teams and is herself a leading voice in change, motivation, and client service. With the support of her Property Management team, you can rely on Alicia to remain open-minded and professional while working tirelessly to create opportunities and favourable outcomes for her clients.

From a young age, Alicia’s passion for real estate sparked her property investment journey, and now, over two decades later, she has managed award-winning teams across Melbourne as well as winning multiple Property Manager awards.

In addition to her work at LongView, Alicia holds a Diploma in Leadership and Interior Design. She is also a qualified dance coach and has coached at a national level, taken groups to perform at Disneyland and across the US as well as taught in remote areas of Darwin.
