Alicia joined the Property Management industry in 2001 and has been involved in property since then. Alicia is extremely experienced in nurturing high performing teams and is herself a leading voice in change, motivation and client service. With the support of her Property Management team you can rely on Alicia to remain open minded and professional whilst working tirelessly to create opportunities and favourable outcomes for her clients. From a young age Alicia’s passion for real estate sparked her property investment journey and now over two decades later, she has managed award winning teams across Melbourne as well as winning multiple Property Manager awards. In addition to her work at LongView, Alicia holds a Diploma in Leadership and Interior Design. She is also a qualified dance coach and has coached at a national level, taken groups to perform at Disneyland and across the US as well as taught in remote areas of Darwin.
