The family's property was set for auction, but an offer was made prior to the auction at the reserve price the family had decided on with our assistance. While the offer was acceptable, we believed we could potentially negotiate a more attractive offer for the family.
We worked with the agent to negotiate with the potential buyer, and after several re-submitted offers, we received an offer of $1,650,000, which was $150,000 above what the family had originally wanted. The family was happy with the outcome, and the property was sold within just 3.5 weeks of engaging our services.
