- About us
Our team are proud to fulfil a basic but vital role in our society ‘to help people provide homes that other people live in’. It sounds simple, but in fact, it is a challenging role that requires a great deal of empathy, efficiency and organisation.
We are always looking for talented and passionate individuals to join the LongView team, from all walks of life, and we have a lot to offer.
First and foremost, we are one team! We are not spread across multiple offices and confined to different suburbs. In fact, we recently moved into a modern, purpose-built, open plan office, with off-street carparking. Anyone in the team from the Executive Chair to the IT Consultant are only meters away and we all work together collaboratively to achieve our common goal.
LongView offers a family-friendly, flexible environment and we understand that a happy team means happy clients. We offer real career progression and transition opportunities. Many of our team have moved from Administration roles through to Property Management, Sales, marketing and Account roles (and vice versa).
We regularly undertake internal training sessions on Real Estate-related topics, as well as more general customer service and communication seminars.
While most of the real estate industry is driven by Sales only and with the market in downturn, many local agencies are struggling and laying off staff. LongView, with a focus on helping clients make good property investments, is growing. And we are looking for outstanding people who want to help us transform the real estate industry and create a professional services grade experience for our clients.
So if you or someone you know loves real estate, has strong ethics and values, wants to work with cutting edge technology in a data driven environment and wants to join a team that is an equal mix of top-tier real estate professionals and leaders from the worlds of technology, finance and business, please … call our Human Resources Department on 1800 931 784.
We are currently looking for outstanding people in many areas including:
• Recent graduates in fields like law, accounting, marketing, architecture and design. We currently have top class graduates working with us from New York University, Cambridge, Melbourne, Monash, Deakin, Swinburne and other good universities.
• Property managers with deep experience and a passion for client service. We are particularly keen to hire additional team members who can work with our Chinese and Indian community clients.
• Business Development and Sales professionals – our ideal candidates have 5+ years of real estate experience, but also have experience from other industries where they have been exposed to professional services grade client service, cutting edge technology, quality ethical cultures and strong financial literacy skills.
• Telephone terriers (!) - if you enjoy speaking with clients and potential clients to understand their needs and ensure we respond immediately to them, we’d love to talk to you. Backgrounds in customer service, market research and inside sales all relevant.
Ready to change the face of Property Management? This is a great opportunity to work within an exciting and energetic team.
We’re based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs and we're not just your average run-of-the-mill Real Estate Agency.
We don’t just want to talk about change, we want to define it. We believe in being the 'best in the business' to guide our clients through their investment property lifecycle in whichever way we can…be it a new lease or renewal, a market update or a glass of bubbles to celebrate another seamless year of Property Management.
We are seeking people who are passionate about Property Management, who love a challenge, who want to help drive change and who want job satisfaction.
We’re looking for someone who is after a career - not just a job - with an organisation that has a bold growth plan and vision for the future. We provide training, support personal development and career progression.
