What aspect of Real Estate are you an expert in, or what aspect are you most proud of that you do?

Building relationships is so important and I have a real skill in this area. Once the relationship is built and an understanding of short and long-term goals, working together with the customers is of prime importance to help them find their dream home. I have spent my life working with people and getting to know them. Some of these people have become great friends of mine.

What is the strangest/nicest/most interesting thing you have had to deal with, in your Real Estate career?

I once sold a house for someone that I later realised was the son of a family member. It really is such a small world! 

What is the most interesting non-Real Estate job you have ever had, and what about that job has helped you most in your current Real Estate role?

I decided to go into Real Estate after 25 years in hospitality and my love of people and helping them make life decisions has always been important to me, so making the transition was easy. In my time as a restaurant ower, ensuring that I understood my long standing customers as well as my new ones became a part of what I did and this made my restaurant successful. I apply this same thinking for Real Estate and the customers I meet. 

What is the one piece of advice you would give a new Landlord/Vendor/Tenant/Client?

It's important to find an agent that you build a relationship with so they understand you, your family and your needs as well as you short and long-term goals.
