How long have you been in real estate?

Real Estate is a relatively new area for me but I am very eager to get started and learn everything there is to know. 

What aspect of real estate are you an expert in, or what aspect are you most proud of that you do?

 

I am currently focusing quite a lot on the admin side of Sales and Marketing. I am enjoying the involvement that I have in the process, more specifically in the digital marketing and design. I am however looking forward to getting more involved in the practical sales, generating leads and getting to interact more with people. 

 

What is the most interesting non-Real Estate job you have ever had, and what about that job has helped you most in your current real estate role?

 

My most recent role running a website development business taught me invaluable lessons in customer relations. Website development requires meticulous attention to a clients needs in order to develop effective solutions. Buyers and sellers in realestate require their needs to be understood and met. Even at this early stage of my Real Estate career, I can see that this skill will really help me and my clients. 

 

What is the one piece of advice you would give a new landlord/vendor/client? 

 

Everyone has their own motivations when it comes to property. To some it is a financial investment and to others it is an emotional investment. When entering into the property market, it is essential to consider what your motivations are and to develop a relationship with an agent who understands you and can support you.
