How long have you been in Real Estate?
7 years this year.
What aspect of Real Estate are you an expert in, or what aspect are you most proud of that you do?
Customer service and relationship building is something I am proud and enjoy doing.
What is the strangest/nicest/most interesting thing you have had to deal with, in your Real Estate career?
I was doing an open for inspection at an apartment complex on a really hot day. I was taking people to the basement carpark and the door closed behind us and locked us in. One of the guys attending the open, scaled the fence and took the swipe pass to the main entry with him and saved us all.
What is the most interesting non-Real Estate job you have ever had, and what about that job has helped you most in your current Real Estate role?
I was a machine operator at a mailing house for over 5 years. They are two completely different industries; however, it did teach me to have strong attention to detail and punctuality/efficiency as all jobs had strict timelines.
What is the one piece of advice you would give a new Landlord/Vendor/Tenant/Client?
Do your research. Don’t always go for the cheapest fees. Find an agent that you trust is going to do the best thing for you and your investment. You get what you pay for!!!
