Cassandra Williams

Senior Property Manager

How long have you been in real estate?

I've been in Real Estate for about 7 years.

What aspect of real estate are you an expert in, or what aspect are you most proud of that you do?

Negotiating with Landlords and Tenants. I'm an expert at helping each to understand each side, and reach a mutual agreement. I'm also great at having a good and trusting relationship with my owners.

What is the strangest thing you have had to deal with in your real estate career?

I've had a few strange things happen! An example is that I had some tenants that were Uni students that were so amrt they hacked into the OC's security system. They could bypass the front doors and remotely open the communcal doors etc. We had to access the OC's security cameras to see who was going in and out of the building.

What is the most interesting non-Real Estate job you have ever had, and what about that job has helped you in your current Real Estate role?

I've been a Pizza shop cashier and I've also worked at Hoyts. Hoyts taught me time management in a high pressure environment. Peak period would have over 9,000 people attend in a day.

What is the one piece of advice you would give a new landlord/vendor/client?

Really look at the bigger picture and the long term implications of every decision. Short term thinking will only lead to another problem down the track. Your Property Manager will advise the outcomes of each decision and why we reccoment what we do.
