How long have you been in real estate?
What aspect of Real Estate are you an expert in, or what aspect are you most proud of that you do?
Training others to be the best they can.
What is the strangest/nicest/most interesting thing you have had to deal with, in your Real Estate career?
Getting locked inside a one-bedroom apartment during a home open inspection – with another 11 prospective Tenants. The door was deadlocked and the keys in the lock at the other side. It was quite a sight to see 12 people huddled on a tiny balcony calling for assistance. Thank goodness for mobile phones!
What is the most interesting non-Real Estate job you have ever had, and what about that job has helped you most in your current Real Estate role?
I owned and ran a restaurant, and this definitely taught me patience and the realisation that being a Property Manager is a much easier role than working in hospitality.
What is the one piece of advice you would give a new Landlord/Vendor/Tenant/Client?
A quality tenant is priceless!
