We’re writing to inform you that LongView will be holding a two day, all staff retreat from the 2nd – 3rd of March of this year. We are taking this time to give you notice of this as we will be mostly unavailable to answer non-urgent enquiries during this time.
We also thought this would be a good opportunity to give you a bit of an insight into what we will be covering, so that you can understand how it will benefit the company as a whole, as well as you the investor and landlord.
LongView prides itself on being founded by property investors, for property investors, from some of the best business minds in Australia. We are passionate about ensuring that our sentiment of “for investors, by investors” rings true across the entire business – from our business analysts and property managers, to our receptionists.
Our agenda largely focusses on the professional development of the entire LongView staff in areas such as property finances, advanced property investing, and general business principles. In so doing, we aim to create a culture of knowledge – one that will give all of our staff better investing and business acumen. Our goal is to make sure that everyone is better able to serve you, by understanding the key principles that guide investing in property, and by understanding financial metrics, so that they are better equipped to assist you in your property journey.
We will make ourselves available for any urgent matters during this time, but we appreciate your understanding and patience as emails and phone calls will be responded to when we return.
